Very much enjoyed that the hot tub was functional this time around! Also got to see my friend Melinda there so that was a plus.

Our reservation was incorrectly conveyed to the hotel but the manager LISA was very gracious and when Booking .com would not answer our query on the incorrect dates of stay ,she over a period of time got the corrected reservation accepted by Booking and BEST WESTERN. A lot of time spent and we were extremely grateful to her.

breakfast varied from day to day, had many choices, was good for hotel free breakfast. hotel very clean, and our room on 3rd floor was very quiet at night. newer facility, so everything worked well there is still some work being done to exterior of property, but was no inconvenience.

The AC unit is equipped with an optional, “constant fan” setting which is brilliant! For those who like to sleep with it cool or need the fan noise or air movement you don’t have to worry about the ac unit shutting off and slamming back on throughout the night. Great breakfast! Tons of options! A family of four probably recoups about $50 of their nightly cost. The lobby is inviting and trending.

Everything was amazing. Very clean. Everyone was super nice. Breakfast was AMAZING! One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a while!
